ALW Signs Prominent Industrial Tenant
Johannesburg property development and management company, ALW, recently announced the signing of a 5-year lease by Fastener Agencies, for an industrial space totalling 832sqm at the SAS Business Park in Germison. This deal sees ALW as the exclusive leasing and managing agent for the sought-after property.
Fastener Agencies, a major player in the South African fastener industry were looking for a conveniently located, safe, A-grade, mixed-use industrial premises for their warehousing and offices. SAS Business Park met these requirements, with their tailored space then being developed by the ALW team. With the ALW property being located in the highly popular Raceway Industrial Park in Germiston, the new tenants will experience full 24 hour access control, security and a convenient location within close proximity to the N3, South Africa’s biggest railway junction and the busiest civil airport, Rand Airport.
